Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards.

Custom or personalized items.

Return Process

Email Support@runwayxoe with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will send return instructions and the return address.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received.
